Getting started

4 questions

We make the marketing behind commercial real estate deals: offering memoranda, flyers, BOVs, aerials, e-blasts, brands and websites. National brokerages and investment firms have worked with us since 2013. We also build Hello CRE, our own property-marketing system.

Pick how you want to work: a fixed-price piece from Quick Serve, a block of hours, a monthly department, a website, or Hello CRE. Pathways lays them out side by side, and every price is on the Menu. Between two? Schedule a call and we'll recommend the right one for your workload.

Fixed-price marketing pieces for commercial real estate, finished by BTS Brands on your template or ours: offering memoranda, flyers, e-blasts, BOVs, maps, brochures, brand pieces and more. Pick a piece and a tier on the Quick Serve page, pay at checkout, and send what you have. Most pieces arrive in 24 to 48 hours, counted on business days from complete inputs, and each tier lists its rounds. We build it, you post it: you get the finished files, and an e-blast comes with a step-by-step sheet for loading it into your own Constant Contact, Mailchimp or HubSpot. Already on hours or a VMD plan? Send it to request@btsbrands.com as usual and it draws from your hours.

Within one business day. New inquiries go to marketing@btsbrands.com; if you're already a client, send project requests to request@btsbrands.com. Either way, it goes straight to the team that does the work. No call center, no account-manager runaround.

Pricing and plans

5 questions

A retainer is a one-time block of hours you draw against anything, with no monthly commitment. The Virtual Marketing Department (VMD) is a standing monthly team at our lowest hourly rates, and you can move your level as your book shifts. VMD plans also cover loading and scheduling your e-blasts and posting to social.

Nine months from purchase. Design or web, branding or updates, it all draws from the same hours.

Your call, and we'll make it an easy one. Tell us what's coming up and we'll tell you what we expect it to take and the minimum hours it needs, then you choose from the full Menu. The rate drops as the block grows, from $100 an hour pay-as-you-go to $45 an hour at 90 hours.

We flag it before you get there. Work past your plan needs your approval in advance, and VMD hours beyond the plan bill at your plan rate.

By card at checkout on the Menu; the order is your go-ahead and the work starts. We also take ACH (ask us for the details) and Zelle to billing@btsbrands.com. Every quote we send carries its own payment link.

How work flows

4 questions

On hours or a plan, a first draft of a design piece lands within 48 hours of your inputs, and the full package follows. If you need it sooner, tell us the date. If we can hit it, we will, at the same rate; if we can't, we'll tell you the date we can. Quick Serve pieces arrive finished in 24 to 48 hours from complete inputs.

On hours or a plan, revisions draw from your hours like any other work, so there's no round count to keep track of. Quick Serve pieces include the rounds listed on each tier. Extra rounds after the included ones: light edits (text, a photo, a number) $50 per round; new content or re-layout $125 per round; larger changes are quoted before we start. If a fix is needed because we got something wrong, it's on us, and it never counts as a round.

The property details you already hold: address, photos, pricing, the story of the deal, and your brand standards. If you have demographic or traffic reports, send them. If not, we use public record, print the source and year under every figure, and swap in your report when you send it. Once we have your brand, we hold it, so you never brief us twice.

Tell us and we'll fix it. A mistake of ours is never billed as an extra. And if you want to tell us how we're doing, a rating on our feedback page is all it takes.

How we use AI

3 questions

Yes, and we're proud of how. We run one of the most advanced setups in any business, and we're well ahead of most AI users: plenty of firms try AI now and then, but here the whole shop works with it every day. Everyone on our team has access to Claude, and it has made us faster and more consistent. AI drafts, flags and organizes; people decide.

Someone on our team leads your work and makes the calls on it. AI gives our work a second set of eyes before it reaches you, and a person sends every reply. Want to see how one of your pieces came together? Ask, and we'll walk you through it.

A person reviews every piece before it goes out. Questions about how your files are handled? Ask us and you'll get a straight answer.

Files and delivery

2 questions

As a ShareFile link to the finished files, or attached to the email when they're small enough. You get print-ready PDFs, plus JPGs or slides when the piece calls for them.

Your deliverables are print-ready PDFs. Working files (InDesign, Illustrator) are available on request.

Websites, hosting and Hello CRE

3 questions

About three weeks from approval, with a first draft of your home page within 48 hours. Every date moves with the approval date, so the sooner we start, the sooner it's in front of your market. Builds start at $2,700 for a landing page, and our multi-page platforms include a year of hosting, the Hello CRE plugin, on-page SEO and setup. Every option is on the Menu.

Tier 1 is $35 a month, and each additional site on your account is $20. Tier 2 adds speed, edge security and monitoring for $70; Tier 3 adds three web hours a month and priority support for $199. We recommend Tier 3: every tier runs on the same infrastructure, and Tier 3 keeps our team working inside your site every month. Pay annually and you get a month free.

Hello CRE is our property-marketing system, installed on the WordPress site you already run, in your brand. You input the property details, and everything after that is handled. Setup is $500 one time; plans start at $95 a month, sized by agents or listings, and billing starts at go-live. See Hello CRE.
