Hello CRE Setup

$500, one time. The Hello CRE setup fee is the same for every size of firm, and it is the only charge you make today. It covers installing and configuring Hello CRE on your WordPress website. Your website stays with your own host.

Your monthly plan starts when Hello CRE goes live on your site, not when you order, and it is billed separately from this order. The plan is set by the size of your firm, by agents or listings, whichever is higher: $95 a month for up to 5 agents and 100 listings, $195 a month for up to 19 agents and 500 listings, or $295 a month for up to 40 agents and 1,000 listings. Larger firms are scoped with us directly. We email you the go-live date and the date of your first monthly charge before we make it, and you can cancel before then.

Before go-live you sign the Hello CRE Subscription Agreement. It is signed separately, not at checkout.

Listings we upload for you are priced per property: $20 per standard listing, and $35 per deal-room-protected listing (its gated document set moves with it). No charge when there is nothing to bring over. Quoted before any work starts. Questions before you buy? Call 407.463.2036.
