The delivery promise
24 hours for a redraw (1 to 2 weeks for a new logo), counted on business days (Mon-Fri, Eastern) from the moment your payment has cleared and your inputs are complete. Complete by 2:00 PM ET and the clock starts that day; later, it starts the next business day. Missing an input pauses the clock, and we tell you exactly what is missing.
Corrections
Each tier includes the rounds shown. Send notes within 7 days of delivery; an included round comes back within one business day of complete notes (two for a re-layout round on a book). A light-edit round is text, figure, photo and label changes with no layout or page-count change. A re-layout round changes layout, adds a section or reorders pages. Extra rounds after the included ones: light edits (text, a photo, a number) $50 per round; new content or re-layout $125 per round; larger changes are quoted before we start. Anything we got wrong is fixed free and never counts as a round. A different property or a different piece is a new order.
