Illuminate Real Estate, LLC is the culmination of a long-shared vision by co-founders, Jordan Kaufman and Gregory Woulfe. Early on in their careers, while solidifying their respective standings in the fields of net lease retail investment sales (Mr. Kaufman) and net lease retail development (Mr. Woulfe), the pair were constantly communicating.
This website was actually a rescue mission, an existing website with obsolete code needed a new life while it was a day to day nightmare for us to update the website for our client, we proposed a complete redo in terms of code while preserving the good parts of design and improving where needed. The website showcases the company information, team profiles, properties and contact area where the visitors can submit their enquiries.
