Latitude Commercial is a full-service Commercial Real Estate brokerage and property management firm based in Crown Point, IN.
Designing this website was a challenge in many ways. The client was very specific about the design and overall structure of the website and the content layers were a bit tricky when it came to showcase their services divisions into multiple layers. It took us a while to get there but at the end of the tunnel, we did find the light. As a result we are proud to present this website as our portfolio that has a very fine balance between the client requirements vs what we would like to create as website designers. The home page displays a video showcasing a combination of their subject properties followed by the company intro, client testimonials, featured properties and their news. Other pages include a buildout powered property listings page, their services divisions, about company and team pages. They have a rich resources section that includes news, market reports, case studies and our custom built Capital Gains Tax Calculator, and Office Space Calculator.
